With specialist instructions from the farmer herself, you learn about the bread-baking traditions of the Niederwieshof farm. All participants get to try their hand at making and kneading the dough for various traditional types of bread, such as Vinschger Paarl and Struzen, before baking them in the oven. The interesting and entertaining afternoon ends with a sampling of the finished baked goods.
