Glurns
The 8 summit march - a mountain tour of a special kind!
This high alpine extreme tour covers 25 km and 3,000 metres in altitude.
The route leads from the picturesque, medieval town of Glurns in the valley to the mountain peaks in the Stilfserjoch National Park. At each of the 8 summits you receive a stamp, which must be stamped on the start card. Only recommended for real mountain enthusiasts.

R e g i s t r a t i o n
Registration takes place via the online ticket sale, which is possible until 20 July 2025 at the advance booking price of € 70.00. From 21 July 2025, the ticket will cost € 80.00 (unless the number of participants of 500 has already been reached).
From 24.07.2025, registration will only be possible by telephone.
S t a r t
The church service will take place in the Frauenkirche church at 03.30 am.
From 04.00 a.m. - 05.30 a.m. the start packages will be handed out at the Glurns Festival site. Please bring your ticket with you in printed or digital form. - You can start from 04.00 a.m. until 06.00 a.m. at the latest!
C o n t r o l s t a t i o n s
There are 8 summits to conquer on the route. At each summit you receive a stamp, which must be stamped on the start card. Helpers and mountain rescuers are positioned along the route to provide information and assistance.
Participants must have passed the checkpoints at the following points:
10.00 a.m. Piz Chavalatsch
01.00 p.m. Fallatschscharte
After these times there will be no on-call service.

Every participant receives a small refreshment for the way at the Glurnser Alm alpine pasture. Water is only available on the Glurnser Alm alpine pasture, on the Chavalatsch and on the Fallatschscharte.

F i n i s h
Every participant is obliged to sign out with their ticket at the final station at the Stelvio Pass or at the Trafoi Mountain Rescue Centre in the Naturatrafoi National Park House.
R e t r a n s p o r t
The return transport takes place from the Stelvio Pass between 12 noon and 6 p.m.
Start and finish is the Glorenza Festival site
Participation from 16 years!
The organisers are not liable for any accidents during the march. The march will be held in all weathers. In case of bad weather, alternative routes will be used.
