Hofschank Himmelreich-Hof

We have the well-typical hearty South Tyrolean Marende ("Himmelreicher-plate") and home-cooked food in a picturesque setting with a glass of our quality wines from the 7/10 bottle or fabricated from the barrel. The 7/10 wines directly, with the mobile filling machine, sterile filled at court. The remarkable thing is that the wine is served directly from the cellar to the guest. From setting the vine, the fostering and care of Ordinary Time, the reader, total production, during the maturation process and ultimately to the bottling of the wine never leaves our winery!
