Limekiln path

We suggest you to start at the train station in Castelbello that you can reach by Val Venosta train or by car.

First take via Maragno until the old church on your right. Turn left into via Spineid and continue until the Schlums sports zone. There is a sign reading „Kalkofenweg“ just above the sports zone. Take the steep path uphill (no. 7B) to reach the limekiln with resting place and information panels. Follow the bends up before continuing on the flat path until the junction. Hike along path no. 7A to Lacinigo, descend to the old church in Maragno and return to the train station.
