Cream of Wheat

  • Mix the wheat flour with the milk, add salt and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Continue cooking over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with cinnamon and sugar and season with clarified butter.
Preparation time: about 20 minutes

200 g wheat flour
1l cold milk
Salt
Sugar
Cinnamon
50 g clarified butter
