Ingredients:
1 tin
- 500 g shortcrust pastry
- 650g apples
- 50g sugar
- 30g raisins
- 30g hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp rum
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 1-2 egg yolks for brushing
