Hugo

Aperol Spritz was yesterday - today people in South Tyrol drink the "Hugo". With sparkling champagne or white wine, elderberry syrup and mint leaves, this aperitif is particularly refreshing in summer.

Mix all ingredients carefully with two to three ice cubes and serve in a wine glass with a lemon wedge.
 
Ingredients:


15cl South Tyrolean sparkling wine

2cl lemon balm syrup or elderflower syrup

1 splash of soda
