Varied sunny “half tour” between Laces and Castelbello with possibility to stop at the highest point. Very interesting hike from a historico-cultural and archaeological view.

Route description

Start at the mountain station in San Martino in Monte and go to the Platzmair snack bar. Continue on path no. 8 to pass by numerous treasures that remind you of your ancestors in Val Venosta. Mystic cupstones, "Klumper” slab, fertility slide, Latschanderwaal irrigation channel path and an enchanting view of Castle Castelbello. This art-historical hike invites you to travel back in time.
