All that keeps these pure white sculptures alive is the bitter cold. At night floodlighting creates amazing new effects.

30 artists from all over the world will put their skills on display in the intern. Snow Sculpturing Festival taking place at San Vigilio di Marebbe.

With the help of water and the freezing temperatures, fresh snow from the surroundings is packed to form giant cubes measuring 3x3x3 metres and placed along the main road Catarina Lanz.
