General description
Discover old ruins, chimes, and picnic areas at Raminiwaal Trail in the Untervinschgau region. This pleasant, almost level trail connecting Tarsch and Morter is nicely shaded and offers plenty to explore.

Route description
Commence your hike in Tarsch and proceed toward the valley station of the chairlift of Tarscher Alm. Raminiwaal, trail #18, branches off above Residence Haus am Berg. Keep an eye out for the artwork an chimes in and around the water of the irrigation channel. Make your way back the so called Latsch valley. Trail #18A winds through lush woods to the IceForum in Latsch and further downhill to the village centre.
Description to arrive at destination
From the centre of Laces/Latsch follow the road to Tarres/Tarsch, where you can park at the Kulturhaus in Tarres/Tarsch and start the hike.
Parking
You can park your car at the cultural centre in Tarres, alternatively you can take the bus from Laces train station to Tarres and park your car for free at the train station in Laces.
Public transport
Take the train from Malles/Mals or Merano/Meran to Laces/Latsch, then take bus no. 269 directly from the station to Tarres/Tarsch, where you get off at the Parnolweg stop.
