Cable Car Solda
Soar into a paradise for hikers and enthusiasts on one of the world's largest cable cars.
General description
The Sulden cable car is one of the largest cable cars in the world and takes hikers and enthusiasts to the mountain station in comfort. The cabins offer space for up to 110 people per gondola at lofty heights. Once at the top, you can embark on numerous marked hiking trails or be enchanted by the mountain panorama surrounding King Ortler.
Description to arrive at destination
From Spondinig take the Stelvio Pass road SS 38 to Gomagoi, then turn left to Sulden. The parking lot of the cable car is about 20 km from Spondinig to Sulden.
Parking
The parking lot is located directly at the cable car valley station.
Public transport
For those who don't want to reach Sulden by private car, there is the option of using public transport. The 271 bus will take you from Prad/Spondinig to Sulden in just over half an hour. The bus stop is located directly at the valley station of the cable car.
