Dumplings and "Schmarrn" or "Schöpseners" and apple strudel. the rural kitchen on the Lyfi hut is easy, natural and tastes just, therefore so especially well. With whole care and love we improve with priority product from home agriculture. If then in summer the cows spend her "summer holidays" on the hut, you can enjoy once more the taste of the natural fresh milk. On inquiry and advance order we serve also "Muas", sweet milk rice or milk soup.
