If you want to float on a 44 meter long suspension bridge, you should take this hiking trail.
General description
The suspension bridge in Solda is 44 metres long and is 22 metres above the ground. It connects path no. 2, which leads to the Hintergrathütte, with path no. 1, which leads to the Schaubachhütte/Madritschhütte. The thunderous masses of water under the bridge give the crossing that certain something.
Route description
Trail nr. 1 leads from the cable car Solda directly to the suspension bridge. The descent is via path n. 2 back to the cable car.
Description to arrive at destination
From Spondigna/Spondinig via the street to the Stelvio Pass SS 38 to Gomagoi, then left to Solda. From Spondigna to the parking area is it approx. 20 km.
Parking
In order to get to the starting point, the parking area at the cable car Solda is the most suitable.
Public transport
If you do not want to travel to Solda by private car, you can use the pubblic transport. With the bus line 271 you get from Prato allo Stelvio/Spondigna to Solda in about half an hour. The bus stop is located directly at the cable car Solda.
