Mill trail

Many farms used to have their own mill. Those without a mill would take their grain to the neighbor's mill or to the village mill (located on today's Mühlweg). The Vallatsches mill, the village mill and the Lochmühle were moved by the power of the water of the Tramentanbach river. The mill trail leads from Stelvio via Faslar to the Vallatsches mill and along the Tramentanbach river back to Stelvio.From the bus stop, head towards the village center. Follow the signs for the Archaikweg. After the village, turn left and follow the path to Faslar. Continue uphill along the hiking trail to the group of houses in Faslar and continue along the road. At a crossing, follow the path towards Vallatscheshöfe. Once there, take path no. 6 downhill and continue on the path signposted Vallatsches Mühle until you reach the watermill. To return, take the same route back and then follow trail no. 6 downhill to Stelvio.
