In the middle of the scenic high mountain panorama, fishermen can breathe deeply and enjoy the silence of the morning as they cast their fishing rods – the Ortler region offers excellent conditions for leisure sports. The ponds and lakes between Solda/Sulden and Trafoi are characterized by a rich stock of sea and rainbow trout and diverse types of carp.

The dream of a great catch can become real! Fishing and cycling can also be combined in the Ortler region – some fishing grounds are located right on the cycling trail from the Resia Pass in the direction of Merano/Meran.
