The "Schuhplattlen was according to different traditions once mainly as a "courting dance" with which you campaigned for the recognition of young girls. Invented this dance, farmers, hunters and woodsmen. This tradition with various dances maintains the Prader Schuhplattlergruppe for over 60 years and is thus regarded as unique in South Tyrol!
