The Klopairspitze peak rises above the mighty Resia Lake and offers a magnificent vantage point over the area. The ascent is not a "walk in the park", especially the last few metres across steep and rocky terrain. The hike starts in Graun/Curon with the ascent over the Grauner Berg mountain via the path signposted no. 5 on the sunny and plain southern hill and through the avalanche barrier to the Rossböden Alm alpine pasture. From there the route becomes increasingly steep until the last stage before the peak, where the terrain becomes extremely rocky. Caution and surefootedness are advisable on the summit ridge. The reward is a wonderful view over both lakes and peaks in all directions. The descent follows the same route as the one going up.
