Held annually the first weekend in August in Lasa/Laas, the colorful street festival Marmor & Marillen - Marble & Apricots, combines the culinary and cultural products from Lasa and Silandro/Schlanders. For two entertaining days, visitors can sample specialties relating to the Venosta Valley apricot and experience the processing of white marble in various cultural sites which are open to the public.

Over 40 market stands invite you to stroll and shop. The program ranges from cultural walks, gourmet menus, and exhibitions to interesting lectures about the favorite stone of royalty, architects and artists – the marble of Lasa.
